These cookies are a sweet, crunchy sugar cookie made with pure Brantview Farms Maple syrup. Simple to make and perfected by the addition of some coconut flakes (optional) mixed into the batter. Tasty cookies to try.

1 cup sugar

1 egg

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda
