Maple Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/4 cup butter (melted)

2 T flour

1 1/4 cups pure Brantview Farms Maple syrup 1 cup pecans (coarsely chopped)

1 9" pie crust

Maple Pecan Pie ready to serve!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, flour, syrup and butter - beat until well blended. Place pie shell in greased pie pan. Pour liquid into pie shell, then drop pecans into mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes or until filling in center of pie is set. Can serve with whipped cream if desired. This recipe is easy to double for two pies! Recipe from Northwestern PA Maple Syrup Producers Association, 1991
